Good morning! How are you guys doing?
Life has been pretty great lately. Andy and I got to spend some time with his brother, who was in town from California last week. I took a couple of days off work last week and we went to the zoo and mini golfing! Even more importantly (just kidding), we have been working to catch all the Pokemon 😉

I have also had a bit of time to work on my coloring book, so basically I’m a kid again:
In other (annoying) news, the condo above our’s has a leaky pipe, which leaked tons of water into OUR bathroom. Getting ready in the morning has been a bit… damp… I’m writing this on Sunday afternoon, so by the time this Workout Wednesday post goes up, the pipe will hopefully be fixed. I will let you know (in case anyone cares, LOL).

Marathon training is still going strong, despite a minor setback after the Rock n’ Roll Chicago Half Marathon last weekend. For some reason, my right leg felt numb after the race. I took off 3 days from running and now feel back to normal, for the most part. So, my week wasn’t as full of running/other workouts as it normally is.
Last Week’s Workouts:
Monday – Walked for 12,000+ steps at the zoo. Totally counts as a workout 😉
Tuesday – This Yoga for Runners video instead of running.
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – 7 mile run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 10 mile HOT run. Oksana and I nearly died during this one…
Sunday – SWORKIT strength for 25 minutes.
As you can see, I gave myself a real step-back week. I really needed it, though, so I’m happy 🙂
