Chicago Marathon Training 07/13 – 07/19

This week of training was quite successful! I cross-trained, got all my miles in, and felt pretty darn good. Other than that, I don’t have much to say about this last week of training. I can only hope that training continues going this well 🙂 Last Week’s Workouts Monday: 10 mile bike ride + 1 hour of yoga Tuesday: Rest Wednesday: 5 mile outdoor run Thursday: 3 mile treadmill run Friday: Rest Saturday: Rest Sunday: 7 mile long run Fitbit Steps: 61,815 I’m getting so excited to run the marathon in October!!
